Hey guys!
A few days ago, I finally finished the full stack Inventory Dashboard using React, Django and PostgreSQL.
Actually I would have used Vue for this because that would have been the better option and the one I loved the most but then I looked at my portfolio and saw that I only had ONE project in react and that was from my frontend internship (final project). Sooooo for the sakes of the job market and potential something something I used React π
*dramatically* I'll never choose React over Vue my love π but this was an EXCEPTION!!!
This project tormented me psychologically and emotionally (as with any other project). But I genuinely started asking myself what made me learn how to code, but if I don't code I'm not happy.
When I code, it frustrates me; When I don't, I feel like I'm missing a part of me π
If not for my love for coding, I'd have quit by now. But oh well! Wat other option do I have? It's like the toxic love story between Drake Palma and Alys Perez (Watched Ep. 10 a few days ago).
Although this was a personal project, I learnt so much especially about authentications and permissions, setting up standard code bases etc. I think i'll host it live, if I do, I'll update this post with the link.
For anyone wondering how it works:
The backend (Django) contains three apps; accounts for permissions and authentications, inventory for managing products, categories, stocks, stock management and low stock and a sales app for managing sales.
The frontend (React) uses axios to fetch and display data. It has an accounts, login, products, categories, stocks, stock management, low stock and sales page with their corresponding view (by ID), search and add functionalities.

Alsooo now I'm getting better or would I say trying to get better at app dev using Ionic and Electron.
Oh, and by the way (it's strange typing that in full and not just writing btw), I'm a backend Intern and the company doesn't use Python for the backend so I've been learning JAVA π maybe I could just use that opportunity to learn mobile app dev using it?
I'm currently on Chapter 7 of my novel (I know what I want but just can't bring myself to sit and write it) and that made me realize that I haven't posted a poem since February? I've had quite a few in mind just haven't actually WRITTEN them π so I will try and do so.
What else? My love for cars have increased more than I could imagine so I may make a post on what I've learned AND I installed MLBB last night after not playing for about 8 months but I really don't know why it always lags for me when I enter a match πππ maybe the network is just bad?
